Welcome back, guys! Here we are another week, another list of some awesome covers. I had lots of fun again browsing channels for this list as always. I hope you all like this list too you know, cause life is shit and good music helps a lot in bad situations.
As always, the list is in random order. No need to rank plain and simple recommendations. I have some good stuff for you this week. So here we go,
Shirushi by SLSMusic
Shirushi, originally by LiSA is the 3rd ending theme of the 2nd season of Sword Art Online. No matter how bad the later seasons of the anime were; SAO has always had awesome openings and endings. Especially the ones by LiSA are really good. Shirushi was sadly only used for like last 6 episodes of the season. It is one of the best anime ending themes. SLS my man did an awesome job in making this cover. It is so soothing. You can check it out here.
Lost in Paradise by Kaji
Lost in Paradise is of course the super famous ending theme 1 of Jujutsu Kaisen. Seriously the first time I heard this ending, I bobbed so hard that I broke my table. I am just kidding but, yeah the vibe of this song is really strong. In this cover, Kaji does an excellent job of bringing out the bass line of the song. It becomes even more of a vibe with the drums. I really like this dude’s covers. You can check it out here.
Studio Ghibli Collection 2 by Kathie Violin
Kathie did a Studio Ghibli collection cover a few weeks ago and it was awesome. Studio Ghibli puts so much love in their movies kudos to Kathie too for making such beautiful covers. Here we are with another Studio Ghibli collection from Kathie though and it’s amazing. This once, the covers are more specific, they are from – Totoro, Spirited Away, and Mononoke Hime. It’s 12 minutes of good music. You can check out the video here.
DAN DAN Kokoro Hikareteku by Ru’s Piano
Dragon Ball fans already know what I am talking about. DAN DAN Kokoro Hikareteku is the opening theme of Dragon Ball GT. I mean man; Dragon Ball themes are always so epic. They’re also the calm and relaxing ones but some of them like this one are really good at generating hype. Ru as always did an awesome job in covering the song. You can feel the energy in this cover. You can check it out here.
Cry Baby by Animenz
Yes! Finally, master 10 hands decided to make a cover for this brilliant opening. Cry Baby is the opening of the awesome anime, Tokyo Revengers. The song is just so good. It has such a unique rhythm pocket and Animenz brings it out so well. This man is truly a master in making amazing piano covers. I am just so glad he is back again with regular uploads. You can check it out here.
Conclusion
That is it for now. I have some really cool articles coming up and we are also starting a new weekly series from this week so y’all stay tuned for that. Leave your thoughts and suggestions down in the comments. With that said, I will take my leave here. See ya!
