There is no doubt that Demon Slayer has been one of the biggest shonen releases in the modern era. It is one of the most well-known and influential anime. To the point where even people who generally don’t watch anime know exactly what Demon Slayer is. So it should be a little surprise that the Swordsmith Village Arc is one of the most anticipated animes this year.
So welcome back to another news article. We recently got a little bit of an update on Demon Slayer Swordsmith Village Arc, so let’s talk about that today. Of course, I had to shorten the title a little bit because it ended up being too long for the SEO limit; I apologize for that. But, that’s a minor inconvenience, so let’s get started right away.

Douma looks horrifying, don’t he?
What do we know about the Swordsmith Village Arc anime?
Demon Slayer Swordsmith Village Arc will be coming out soon in April. UFOTable will be back in the business once again. And as far as I am aware, all of the old staff and cast members will be reprising their respective roles and positions. The only thing we don’t have so far is an exact release date for the anime. Other than that, we pretty much know everything.
So as for the new info, the official website of Demon Slayer anime announced a bunch of new details yesterday (3rd February). Additional cast members were announced and we now also know who will be performing the opening theme. The opening theme will be performed by an interesting combination. The band MAN WITH A MISSION will be pairing up with the singer Milet to perform the theme song, “Kizuna no Kiseki”.
This combo is really interesting as both of them worked on Vinland Saga at some point. Milet did the 2nd ED while MAN WITH A MISSION did the 2nd OP for Vinland Saga. More importantly, though, we got a brand-spanking new PV, which you can check out right here.
My Thoughts
The PV looks amazing. UFOTable is one of the biggest reasons behind the success of Demon Slayer. The series probably would be decently successful without UFOTable but, the sheer budget and effort UFOTable is pouring into Demon Slayer puts it a notch above the rest. I genuinely cannot wait to see some of the upcoming fights and further down the line, I’d love to see how they tackle the Genshin Impact anime.
Now this arc right here, the Swordsmith Village Arc is where Demon Slayer truly picks up the momentum. The Infinite Train arc and the Entertainment District arc lay a lot of groundwork for this. Be prepared, we are about to have to some really awesome fights and huge lore dumps. What Kyojuro’s father told Tanjiro will soon become important.
Conclusion
Well, that is all for now. Let me know what you guys think in the comments. I cannot wait to see more of Demon Slayer. There are some absolutely amazing moments incoming that I cannot wait to see animated. With that said, I will take my leave here. See ya!
